Phantom is an NPC that is located in an area called Spookyville in Life Mode. You can find him by going to Spookyville and going right six times. In one of the Games - which is Phantom's Remix, he can be seen in the background. He is one of the shadow bosses in Gacha Club's story mode.
Phantom wears a black ripped cape that fades into purple, a black and purple jacket with ripped sleeves, and what appears to be black makeup. He has pale skin and light purple eyes with very small white pupils
